How it works
For customers
Customers message a WhatsApp number to start ordering. Our AI assistant helps them browse available vendors, explore menus, place orders, and track delivery — all within the chat. No accounts to create, no apps to install.
For vendors
Vendors get a dedicated management portal where they can set up menus, manage pricing, accept or reject orders, and track their earnings. Orders flow in through WhatsApp and show up instantly in their dashboard.
For riders
Riders access their own portal to set availability, receive delivery assignments, and track completed trips. Smart routing ensures efficient pickup and drop-off, while transparent payout tracking keeps everything clear.
The platform
Behind the scenes, Atlas orchestrates the entire delivery flow: matching orders to vendors, assigning riders, processing payments, and keeping everyone informed with real-time updates. An admin dashboard gives operators full visibility and control over the entire operation.
