Agreement to terms
By using the Atlas delivery platform operated by Dlvwy ("we", "us", or "our"), including our WhatsApp ordering service, vendor portal, and rider portal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Description of service
Atlas is a delivery platform that connects customers with vendors (restaurants, stores) through WhatsApp-based ordering, and coordinates delivery through our rider network. We act as an intermediary facilitating transactions between customers and vendors.
Customer terms
- Orders placed via WhatsApp are binding once confirmed
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on conditions
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
- Cancellation policies vary by vendor and order status
Vendor terms
- Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their menu information and pricing
- Orders accepted through the platform must be fulfilled in a timely manner
- Vendors must comply with all applicable food safety and business regulations
- Payout schedules and commission structures are defined in individual vendor agreements
Rider terms
- Riders operate as independent contractors
- Riders must maintain valid identification and appropriate vehicle documentation
- Deliveries must be completed within reasonable timeframes
- Riders are responsible for safe handling of orders during delivery
Limitation of liability
Atlas facilitates connections between customers, vendors, and riders. We are not responsible for the quality of food or goods provided by vendors, nor for incidents that occur during delivery. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
