How do I place an order?

Send a message to our WhatsApp number to start ordering. Our AI assistant will help you browse vendors, explore products, and complete your order, all within the chat. No app download or account creation needed.

How do I track my order?

After placing an order, you'll receive status updates via WhatsApp as your order moves through processing, pickup, and delivery. You can also message us at any time to check on your order status.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

You can request cancellation or modification by messaging us on WhatsApp. Whether changes can be made depends on how far along your order is. Orders that have already been accepted by the vendor may not be cancellable.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments and bank transfers through our secure payment partners. You'll receive a payment link via WhatsApp when your order is ready to be paid for.

How do I join as a business?

Visit our Businesses page to express interest, or message us on WhatsApp. We'll guide you through the onboarding process, help you set up your catalog, and get you live on the platform.

How do I manage my catalog?

Your vendor portal gives you full control over your catalog, products, pricing, and availability. You can add, edit, or remove products at any time. You can also bulk-import products from a spreadsheet.

When do I get paid?

Vendor payouts are processed on a regular schedule. You can view your earnings, pending payouts, and payout history in your vendor portal. Make sure your bank account details are up to date to avoid delays.

For riders

How do I sign up as a rider?

Contact us via WhatsApp or email to express interest. You'll need to provide identification and vehicle documentation as part of the verification process.

How do rider payouts work?

Rider earnings are tracked per delivery and paid out on a regular schedule. You can view your delivery history and earnings in your rider portal. Ensure your bank details are current to receive timely payments.
